 
The OU Business School MBA programme is delivered in Russia through International Institute of Management LINK. Since 1992 IIM LINK is the strategic partner and the exclusive representative of the OU Business School in CIS territory and Baltic states.
IIM LINK has been granted the exclusive right to provide teaching in CIS using technology and methodological materials of the OU (UK) Business School. The Open University acts as a guarantor of quality and scrutinizes learning arrangements and student assessments to meet the single standards.
Collaboration between The Open University (UK) and LINK is underpinned by Memorandum of Mutual Understanding signed between Ministry of Education of RF and The Open University on June 11, 2002.
Now LINK is one of the largest business schools in Russia, its annual enrollment for the OU programmes achieves as many as 9,000 managers, LINK provides teaching over 8 time zones through more than 100 regional centres across Russia and CIS. For the period of LINK activity, more than 70,000 people have advanced their qualifications.
